We’re looking for a Yard Duty & Community Vibes Coordinator—someone who’s more than just a playground manager. You’re the pulse of the program: the eyes, ears, and heart of what’s happening in real time. Whether it’s keeping kids safe during outdoor play, encouraging good sportsmanship, helping resolve disagreements, or just knowing when a group needs a dance break. Your presence sets the tone for community, connection, safety, and fun!
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with kids during breaks, lunch, and transitions.
- Ensure child safety and respond quickly to any issues or injuries.
- Encourage respectful behavior and support kids in following program expectations.
- Communicate with others about individual child needs, incidents, or behavior concerns.
- Help set up and clean up outdoor or shared areas as needed.
- CPR and First Aid
The hours are Monday-Thursday from 8:30am-2:30pm but can have some wiggle room if need be. We are located in Loomis. To apply please email us at [email protected].
