Our Ten-Year Anniversary

We started our business 10 years ago, in 2011. The first year was a little rocky--we only had 16 weeks rented and 7 of those were through a broker! But things rapidly picked up, until by the end of the last decade we were renting at the rate of 50 or more a year!

Thanks to all of you who made this possible, in particular, those clients that are coming back year after year! We greatly appreciate you!

We have received some information on COVID testing at Vidanta resorts in light of the recent change in the entry regulations for USA citizens. As you probably already know, our government recently changed entry requirements to a valid negative COVID test within 24 hours of entry into the USA. Vidanta has assured us that they can easily meet these requirements, so it shouldn't be a problem. Remember that you are responsible for setting up a timely appointment for your test with your concierge. All resorts can set up on-site testing, although you will have to pay for it yourself in cash. Ask the concierge about charges.

We are not sure what the rules are for other countries, so check with your pertinent government authorities.
