In Oaxaca, the recipes don’t live in cookbooks. They live with the women who tend the comal, the chefs who work the coals, the mezcaleros who taste the batch before you do.

That’s who we sit down with. Not a table in the corner — a seat in the kitchen.

Handmade tlayudas over open fire. Salsas ground on stone that morning. Mezcal poured by the person who distilled it. And a chef who plates like it’s a restaurant because, for one night, it is.

Private Dinner with a winemaker!!
Arnold Dubreil produces beautiful grand cru and premier cru wines — and we had the privilege of tasting them with him at the table, as he told the stories behind each bottle. Producers like Arnold rarely spend an evening this way, and we were honoured he chose to spend it with us.
Hosted in the private space at , with Chef and his team from .meursault , at the newly opened , cooking for the group.
