At amble, we pride ourselves on bringing you the experiences you cannot book yourself or find online. Many of the cellars we take you into have no tasting room and no sign. You’re there because the person pouring is expecting you.
We can arrange a long table lunch or dinner hosted by the family who made everything in your glass and plate, not a tasting room, and not a set menu. Spend time in the kitchens, palenques and workshops with the people who actually make the thing you came to taste.

Arnold Dubreil produces beautiful grand cru and premier cru wines — and we had the privilege of tasting them with him at the table, as he told the stories behind each bottle. Producers like Arnold rarely spend an evening this way, and we were honoured he chose to spend it with us.
Hosted in the private space at , with Chef and his team from .meursault , at the newly opened , cooking for the group.
