✨ Cabo is one of those places I return to again and again — and yet, every time, it feels different.
I’ve celebrated birthdays, anniversaries, girls’ trips, and now family getaways here. It’s a destination that flexes with you — high, low, or somewhere in between — and always delivers something special.
This time, I approached the trip the way I would for a client: intentionally.
We stayed at Las Ventanas al Paraíso and let the resort take the lead. From the moment we landed, the service was warm, calm, and seamless. There were poolside tacos, margaritas, rolled ice cream from the bar, and a lazy river we all floated through more than once.
We spent a beautiful afternoon out on the water, enjoyed a peaceful family spa day, and — of course — the resort boutiques. (The shopping was too good.)
Dinner at Arbol was a favorite — we went twice — and Alebrije gave us that rare combination of crashing waves and live guitar. Every corner of the property was immaculate, right down to the white sand raked into perfect lines.
What stood out most: the balance. Las Ventanas is extremely kid-friendly, but never chaotic. No kids club. No noise. Just thoughtful care for little ones without compromising the experience for anyone else.
If you’re looking for something in between the full-on Europe trip and the local staycation — something elevated but easy — this might be it.
And if it’s not Cabo, that’s okay too.
I’d love to help you plan a trip that feels like this — wherever you're headed next.
