📍 Location: Hollywood, CA (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
💼 Position: Full-Time | Reports Directly to CEO
💰 Compensation: Up to $85,000/year (Base + Performance Bonuses)
About Ella Homes:
Ella Homes is a professional short-term and mid-term rental management company based in Southern California. Our portfolio ranges from luxury estates to cozy, well-appointed homes. We proudly serve corporate professionals, insurance-displaced families, and travelers seeking fully furnished, hotel-style accommodations on platforms like Airbnb and VRBO.
We’re known for our hands-on, detail-driven approach to hospitality and property care—and now, as we grow, we’re looking for a high-energy Account Executive to help us scale.
🔑 Responsibilities:
Be the primary point of contact for homeowners and guests
Oversee onboarding and setup of new properties
Supervise vendors and cleaning/maintenance teams
Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and issue resolution
Coordinate and oversee cleanings, repairs, and turnovers
Manage listings on Airbnb, VRBO, Zillow, and more
Provide project updates and assist the CEO directly
Ensure top-notch day-to-day operations and client satisfaction
🎯 Requirements:
0–2+ years in hospitality, real estate, or property management
(STR/Airbnb experience a major plus)
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese is a big advantage
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Quick thinker with a "get-it-done" attitude
Tech-savvy: Familiar with Airbnb, VRBO, Hospitable, Turno, Google Workspace, etc.
Highly dependable and accountable
