My green sapote had seemingly died. This summer, when I was not looking, it revived. I was shocked and elated. Do you know my gardener cut down the new shoots!! I will need to have a talk with him. I know it will recover. Maybe, this entire experience has made the plant more hardy and resilient to this subtropical climate.
