JT used to be sexy now he’s selfish;). He has more garbage cans than any other celebrity. He cried a river at this spot on the tv show Punked! He tried to sell this spot a few years ago for 35 million but no takers; JT bringing greedy back. Errol Flynn lived at the property in his hay day and had c**k fights on Sunday after watching his guests the night before in his tricked out house with peepholes and two-way mirrors, one of which had a view into the bathroom.

In all serious his new single “Selfish” marks the apex of his songwriting career with stellar verse, pre-chorus, chorus, post-chorus, and bridge melodies as well as vocal dexterity and flourishes that set a new standard for the industry. Biebs should be sweating in his boots;)

Heard they might change the name of to Not Selling Sunset;)

This unit featured on seasons 5,6, and 7 is still for sale. The views are phenomenal and if you like being in the heart of Hollywood then this is pretty impressive. With celebrity pedigree over the years including , , and amongst others it has to be worth it just for the elevator rides;)

By the way in my 12 plus years of doing celebrity home tours not a one celebrity has had an escalator. In doing my research apparently they have high maintenance. If I win megamillions
guess what I’m getting…yep escalator.

Leonardo DiCaprio has dated 11/42 Victoria Secret models ; but he never dated the hot ones including Candice Swanepoel, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio. Did they refuse his inquiries? Perhaps even the Leo has his limits…..? These are the things I think about when I can’t sleep at night;)
