We offer a three-year course of study through personal and professional development leading to certification as a teacher of the F. M. Alexander Technique.

Our course of study, based on Alexander’s principles, encourages individual creativity and exploration. You will develop a sophisticated level of awareness and refined experience of your natural coordination and functioning. In a safe and supportive environment, you will learn to identify, evaluate and change habitual patterns. Our dedicated faculty represents varied training backgrounds and exten
