Join me April 14-17, 2026 for a Death Valley National Park Hiking Adventure. Don’t let the name fool you though, Death Valley is alive with natural wonders. From the salt flats at Badwater Basin, slots and stunning breccia walls of Mosaic Canyon, the rippling golden playground of Mesquite Sand Dunes, to the magical vistas of Zabriskie Point, Death Valley NP is dynamic and surprising.

And, if you enjoy stargazing, it’s the largest dark sky park in the country! Combining all that with the possibility of a vibrant “superbloom” of flowers predicted for 2026, this adventure will be sure to awe and inspire.

2025 was a year chock- full of adventure and excitement! I made some new friends, reconnected with old friends, and my close friends and family were always there when I needed them.

We went to a Fado dinner show this evening. Fado is Lisbon's melancholic and soulful music with melodies and expressive vocals accompanied by Portuguese guitar dating back to the early 1800's. 🎶
