🎉 15 years. Same heart, sharper edge.
Back in 2011, a small team in Los Angeles had one idea: bring the kind of service culture we grew up with in Europe to how trips get run in North America.
Fifteen years later, that idea has been tested in every way you can imagine — arrivals halls, coach rides, 2am gate changes, and a hundred small moments in between where someone just needed us to fix it, fast.
Along the way we grew. In 2019 we welcomed Ekitravels into the family, bringing Nordic relationships and know-how right into the heart of the company. And when the pandemic hit and so many in travel had to pull back, we made a different choice: we held our team together. We're proud to say we've grown steadier every year since.
This year, turning 15 felt like the right moment to do something we don't do enough of — stop, look honestly at how we work, and ask: how do we get even better for the people who trust us?
So that's exactly what we did. 💪
And along the way, we gave ourselves a little refresh too — a simpler name that's easier to say and just... us: TA Elite. Same company, same people, same values.
What hasn't changed, and never will:

Some of our favorite feedback isn't about the big showstopper moments. It's the small stuff — an agent staying flexible at check-in, a last-minute change handled without drama — that our clients tell us they remember most. 🙏
