Role: Strategic Financial & Operations Partner
Location: Greater Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid or On-Site Preferred)
Compensation: Equity + Profit Sharing (Not salaried, but active ownership)

I’m seeking a working partner—not just a consultant or accountant, but someone ready to build, commit, and share in the ownership and success.
You should have:
10+ years of combined experience in:
Financial planning & forecasting
Small business operations
Accounting & cash flow management
Strategic planning & goal setting
A track record of helping businesses grow from startup or early stages into profitability
Deep discipline, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication skills—especially in co-leading and collaborating
A genuine love of order, structure, and making numbers work
Based in Los Angeles (or able to meet locally as needed)
Bonus if you have experience in hospitality, events, catering, or service-based businesses
