My eight year old learned to really keep the boat attached to the dock this summer:)! She even learned how to reverse that last figure 8 around the cleat to really make it secure:)! As and and I’ve been leading all ages and abilities for over a decade. Prior to that I’d been pretty much doing the same thing since her age;) Explore more! Make a difference Monday. YOUR public lands are YOURS not to be sold or auctioned off or taken for granted. PICK your nearest wild area that is currently threatened by the lying, short sighted, grifting Trump administration and their apologists and do something to learn about it and how to protect it. Oh, and stop firing park rangers! That’s a Redwood tree in Mariposa grove and it’s still there because it’s PROTECTED by the GOVERNMENT ie YOU.

WONDER. It's the whole deal ;) It's the thing we need. It's what we miss if we are too busy commuting or listing or shopping or have our heads down in our phones. It's right OUTSIDE your door! It's in the little park down the street. It's on that ridge just behind you. It's in the lake, stream, river, ocean in your neighborhood. It's in the clouds, rain, snow and sunshine RIGHT NOW. Just take a second to notice it right now and you'll feel better! WONDER is everywhere OUTSIDE.
