The Blue Orchard is a by invitation only dinning experience like no other in the south bay. The Blue Orchard is a creative endeavor by Armando Cortes. Inspired by the discrepancies between Wilmington and the places its residents often have to travel to for a night out, The Blue Orchard seeks to both confront and change that conventional practice. While this ongoing series centers on the ritual of the feast it is also part friends, but likewise part strangers. It is part truth, part storytelling. It is part art, part life, but is always undistinguishing. It is part discussion, part parody, but it is always sincere. Above all, it is performance.
