After 15 years my old no-name brand suitcase had wires sticking out of it, a broken zipper, tears on the exterior, a wheel that clicked loudly when it rolled, and finally a handle that ripped off on my way back from India in June. I seriously thought of just fixing it, but decided to splurge a bit and bought my first Briggs and Riley suitcase. I went with a hard shell case for the first time. This is the medium Torq model. I'll miss my old one with 200,000+ miles on it but here's to new adventures! Let's hope I have to never use their unlimited unconditional lifetime warranty. Unlike other suitcases with limited warranties that are never actually honored, apparently Briggs and Riley has your back even if the airline runs over your suitcase with their plane 😝
