Volo Escapes is now running "Mini Retreats" locally!

The first series is in Santa Monica where the founder of Volo, Harmony Hoefner, resides. Soon to come to Denver!

Fit 'n Fun Crew

Treat yourself to a mini-retreat every week & make friends in the community!

Begins September 1st
Monday's: 8:45-10:45 am
Friday's: 10-12 noon
**Sunset Social last Thursday of every month.

Mini-retreat itineraries will include various activities (all on foot or by beach cruiser), for example:
•Power walk to the ocean, staircase and back to Sunset Park
•Jog to the ocean, stretch, jog back
•Tea talk
•Create super food juices & smoothies
•Learn a new cleanse
•Bike to beach, aerial yoga instruction & play
•TRX and fitness circuits on the beach
•Mindful eating guidance & kitchen play
•Writing mantras
•Create a vision board
•Yoga on the patio
•Body sculpting sessions: abs, arms, seat, and thighs
•Success workshops
•Reward days=pedicures, coffee walks, sunset socials
