I got a bit behind on my last updates for Cuba and wanted to share our official dual meet and wrestling pics.

José Martí appears on the first peso in Cuba. He was a poet, political activist who fought for the right of the common man during the revolutionary war against the Spanish.

This place is where Fidel Castro will have his state burial once he dies. It has has all ready been planned.

Los Gatos W.C. Exchange trip Cuba Day 2:

EIDE (Escuela Iniciación Deportiva Escolar)
A distinguished community sport school that is located in each of the provinces or states in Cuba. Can you imagine having a true and practical regional training center for all the best kids working together a year long?

Format:
*Dorm style format.
*Freestyle team and Greco Team split workouts throughout the day.
*Freestyle trains in the morning and attends school in afternoon. Greco team attends school in the morning and trains in the afternoon. Each year they rotate the schedule.
*They practice 2-3 hours per day using a systematic Olympic style system.
*Practices take place 6 days a week with rest on Sunday for churcz.
*Kids go home on weekends.
