Fall is in the air and our 2021 season is now over. We cannot be more grateful for all of our guests who chose to spend their vacation time with us as well as the wonderful wedding couples who tied the knot here at EarthTrek this past year. We are also grateful for our incredible partner OARS American River Outpost / OARS - Whitewater Rafting for working with us to give our guests a memorable trip down the river. We want to shout out a big 🍂THANK YOU 🍂 to all of you!

Now let’s hope for some much needed winter rain and snow to replenish our watersheds and an even better 2022 season!

Our very own Christmas tree under the winter solstice sky as Jupiter and Saturn neared their conjunction several nights ago.

2020 has been without a doubt a very strange and challenging year, but we have immense gratitude for our valued guests that put their trust in us this past season and gave us the opportunity to provide a safe and enjoyable outdoor experience during these uncertain times.
We are eagerly looking forward to better days and hope that the new year ahead brings some much needed solace to the world.

Weekend camping packages now available! Cool off this summer by the American River and stay in one of our cabin tents or riverside platform tents.

During select weekends through Labor Day, we are offering a special weekend camping package that includes delicious meals prepared safely by our staff. Due to COVID-19, we are reducing the amount of guests staying with us to allow for generous spacing in camp. We are taking COVID-19 very seriously and our top priority is to keep our guests as safe and comfortable as possible.

We are pleased to be partners again this year with the Junior Guides Rafting Summer Camp! If you want to get your child(ren) interested in the wonderful world of whitewater rafting, this is such an awesome and fun summer program operated by some very knowledgeable individuals whose passion is to pass along their river skills to the next generation. Please share with friends and family who also might want to get their children involved in this great program.

Some of our long-time EarthTrek guests might remember our beloved friend and river guide Stevie Armantrout, who was such an incredible presence here at EarthTrek. Unfortunately Stevie passed away ten years ago, but his positive impact on our company and our guests will be everlasting.

Stevie's daughter Melanie is now facing some extremely devastating health challenges and her mother Amy needs some help to ensure care for her daughter going into the future.

We are reaching out to the EarthTrek family to share Melanie's story. Please click on the GoFundMe link below to read about Melanie and her struggle with schizophrenia.
