🍂 A little fall availability opened up at Our Lakeside Happy Place!

We had a couple of October cancellations, so we now have a few select dates available in both September and October.

If you have family or friends coming to town, have guests who need a comfortable place to stay, or you’re just ready for a little East Tennessee getaway of your own, we’d love to host you. ❤️

Fall is a beautiful time here — cooler weather, gorgeous colors, golf, kayaking, lake time, and plenty to enjoy right here in Tellico Village and nearby.

🍂 October just opened up a little more at Our Lakeside Happy Place! 🍂

We had a couple of cancellations, which means a few more October dates are now available for you to come enjoy East Tennessee at one of our favorite times of year. ❤️

October is pretty special around here — crisp mornings, beautiful fall colors, cooler days, and all the amenities of Tellico Village without the hustle and traffic you’ll find in the more touristy areas.

Golf, pickleball, kayaking, relaxing on the deck, exploring the area… or simply slowing down and enjoying some time together.

And there’s something new to add to the list — Tanasi Waterfront Dining is now open! Great food, cocktails and beautiful waterfront views make it a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. 🍹🍂

Whether you’re planning a fall getaway, visiting family, coming to explore the area, or just need a few days away, October is a wonderful time to be here.

We may be a little biased, but we love seeing Tellico Village get this kind of recognition.
