Corn really can be blue! 🌽💙 Bluegrass Distillers in Midway, KY, uses an heirloom blue corn in their mash bill that creates a delicious bourbon. And it's fun to see the purple mash! They offer tours daily. 🥃

It’s not every day a new category of whiskey is unleashed upon the world. Eastern culture meets the West in the new SHĀNG baijiu whiskey line, an innovative new spirit inspired by 5,000 years of Chinese baijiu heritage and modern American whiskey craftsmanship. Kentucky’s Whiskey House of KY and The Blending House helped on this project, and today was the launch.
