Branch Hill Estate, LLC currently offers 3 Luxury Short Term and Vacation rental properties here in the Loveland, OH area. Our flagship property is aptly named "Branch Hill Estate" is located right on Branch Hill Guinea Pike in Miami Township and Loveland, Ohio. A private 11 acre estate property that features a by appointment educational hobby farm/zoo to you services and 3 homes that include our

two vacation/short term rentals, "Branch Hill Manor House" located at the front of the estate (historic brick colonial), and "Branch Hill Cabin" located at the very back of the estate (authentic timber built log home) that we offer to guests for rent. In addition to the two luxury homes available at Branch Hill Estate, we offer vacation rentals in Loveland. Here is our last batch of photos for Day 3 (yesterday, Thursday) of our Full Day Summer Camp. We really enjoyed having everyone out and hope you all had lots of fun and made unique lasting memories!

I just want to say again how great of an experience it has been leading these summer camps and doing farm tours for the past four years while I’ve been in college. I love getting to share my love of the animals with others. Now that I am graduated, I will be moving off the property and into a full time position that will likely not leave me with enough time to continue this. So we will not be guaranteeing any visits past July.

If this is our last time seeing you, we want to truly thank you for supporting our animals, as the camps and visits pay directly for the animals feed and year round care. We do not get any commercial products from our animals, so they are all just rescues and retirees. If you would like to come back again, we can only guarantee visits until the end of July, so make sure you book an Exclusive Hands-On Farm Experience soon! (Link pinned on our Facebook and on our website). We also have a few spots left for our Full Day Summer Camp on June 23-25.

New time slots are LIVE for our Exclusive Hands-On Farm Experience for a limited time only!

The calendar is officially open for the 2026 summer season at Branch Hill Estate! We are booking private sessions Friday through Monday during the most beautiful, comfortable parts of the day to beat the summer heat:
🌅 Morning/Afternoon: 11:00 AM | 12:00 PM | 1:00 PM
🌇 Evening: 5:00 PM | 6:00 PM | 7:00 PM

Why book an experience with us?
Unlike massive public farm attractions, Branch Hill Estate is a private gated property. There are no crowds, no lines, and zero stress. When you book a slot, the animals' and barn manager's attention belong entirely to your group of up to 10 people for 50 minutes.
Our experiences are completely customizable. We can do a traditional guided loop inside the fields, stalls, and pens where you pet, feed, brush, and learn names and fun facts about all the animals. Or you can spend the entire time up close and personal brushing the horses, feeding the goats, or cuddling the baby bunnies. From mini donkeys and llamas to rare emu chicks and upcoming baby piglets, we have an unmatched variety of incredibly friendly animals waiting to meet you!

A Very Important Update from Our Barn Manager, Max:
If you have been waiting to visit us, please do not wait! The 2026 summer season is likely our final time offering these experiences. I have officially graduated from Xavier University and will be moving off the property into my own home and starting a full-time career by the fall. Because of this major transition, we can only guarantee availability for the next couple months. We want to make sure everyone gets a chance to see the animals while they are still available!

We absolutely love our animals, most of whom are rescues and retirees. Unlike a commercial farm, we do not make any profit from animal products, meaning our sweet animals are full-time slackers! They require a ton of expensive grain, hay, and daily care 365 days a year. Outside of our summer camps, these private experiences are the only way we pay for their upkeep and food, making your support incredibly meaningful to our farm family!
Every booking directly supports the animals. Plus, every group gets to take home some of our free-range, organic, multicolored eggs! We also save the last few minutes for kids to enjoy our playset, tire swing, kid-friendly axe throwing, or feeding the fish at our fully stocked lake.

🐰✨ Big news from the barnyard! Our sweet little baby bunnies officially moved out to their new pen this weekend!
They’re now ready to join the barnyard tours and charm all our visitors with their adorable antics. These guys and girls are seriously the sweetest — raised right in the house with our small dog (they might actually think they’re dogs at this point 😂) and bottle-fed nearly from the start, so they’re incredibly well-adjusted, friendly, and loving.
If you’ve been dreaming of adding a pet bunny to your family, they’ll be available for their new forever homes later this summer!
Now the fun part… we need names for this fluffy crew! Any suggestions? 💕

The baby bunnies have officially “graduated” to their fancy two-story condo inside the house… and they are loving every minute of it! 🐰✨
We started them in a small crate when they first came in as tiny orphaned babies, just trying to figure out if they’d make it. Fast forward to 3.5 weeks old and all four are thriving, bouncing, and full of personality!
A kind friend donated this beautiful two-story rabbit hutch a couple years ago. We never needed it for our outdoor crew, but it’s absolutely perfect as their cozy indoor nursery for now. They’ve got tons of room to zoom, explore, and pile up together for snuggles. They also spend their days watching their human family through the big windows like little furry TV stars. 📺
Our toy poodle Cody has appointed himself their official 24/7 bodyguard and has become their biggest fan. These are hands-down the sweetest, friendliest bunnies we’ve ever had — they literally hop right along with you and want to be wherever the people are.
We can’t wait to introduce these little ambassadors to our farm tour guests and summer campers very soon! ❤️

💔 We have some sad news…
Our sweet momma bunny, Snowball, passed away unexpectedly. She had an accidental litter just 2–3 weeks ago. After losing her 2 previous litters because she wouldn't (or couldn't) nurse them, we we knew we couldn't breed her ever again, but someone accidentally put our boy bunny in with her and the rest is history! — but this time the babies beat the odds. They made it to two weeks, opened their tiny eyes, and started nibbling on solid food.
Then, just days after they finally got to see their mama… she was gone.
Now we have four precious orphaned kits fighting to survive. We’re bottle-feeding them several times a day and supplementing with solid foods. The two darker ones have already figured out the bottle and are going strong. The two white ones are a little slower with the milk but are crushing the solid food, so we’re staying hopeful.
Baby bunnies this young are incredibly fragile without their mom, but we’re doing everything we can to be the exception. ❤️
Once they’re bigger and stronger (and we feel like they’re truly out of the woods), we can’t wait to introduce them to everyone on our farm tours. Right now they think humans are the best thing ever — because all their goodness comes from us! 🐰✨

We have baby bunnies (domestic) that lost their momma so we are bottle feeding to supplement their diet.
If you have never seen a bunny try to clean its milk mustache with its tongue then you are missing out so here you go!! 😂
