This is a fully furnished 1-bedroom, 1-bath mother‑in‑law apartment located in Loxahatchee in a separate building next to our residence.
The apartment is private, quiet, and well‑maintained, with its own entrance and an attached garage where the washer and dryer are located.
The property itself is peaceful and spacious, with beautiful gardens, open green areas, and a resort‑style pool with tiki huts that guests are welcome to enjoy. We are conveniently located ½ mile from shopping plazas, making errands quick and easy while still offering a rural, relaxing environment.

I am looking to rent one guest with one vehicle. (I will make an exception for 2 people if they go to work together & share a car)
Because I water my gardens and move around the property regularly, I prefer someone who works outside the home most days, which helps avoid blocked access and prevents water‑pressure interruptions.

The apartment will be available starting April 10, 2026.
Lease Terms
Flexible lease options from 1 to 8 months
Rent and deposit depend on the length of stay (longer leases receive lower rates)
If two occupants are approved, the lease must include a month‑to‑month clause so either party may give 30 days’ notice if issues arise
Leases under 6 months require state/county taxes, so I collect a $1,500 deposit to cover taxes, potential damages, or cleaning fees
A cleaning fee will be charged if the apartment is not left in the same condition as move‑in (based on the cleaner’s rate)
