✨️Exciting News: New Disney Resort Luggage Transfer Service Now Available!

If you're flying Southwest Airlines and staying at one of Disney’s Value Resorts, I’ve got some magical news that might make your travel day a whole lot easier!

Starting April 3, 2025, select Walt Disney World Resorts are piloting a new luggage transfer service that allows guests to check their bags at the resort and have them delivered directly to Orlando International Airport (MCO)—no hauling them through the parks or the airport!

This convenient service is available only for guests flying with Southwest Airlines, and a third-party partner will handle the transport. While this service doesn’t cover your luggage when arriving at Disney, it’s a fantastic option for a smoother departure day.

Important Timing Info:

For flights before 1 PM: Drop your luggage off by 1 AM the night before.

For flights at 1 PM or later: Bags must be checked at least 4 hours prior to your flight, and no later than 1 PM.
