This cottage is a real get-away on the beautiful North Bayou of Hamlin Lake with privacy , privacy, privacy! No other cottages are even visible though they are nearby! Sleep maximum up to 8 people in its 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is the on main floor with 1 double bed, and the 2 other bedrooms are in the lower level with 1 or 2 double beds each. It has a complete full kitchen ready for cooking and serving full meals, eating indoors or out. A small half bathroom is on the main level with a lower level shower.The cottage is nestled in the privacy of the North Bayou's quiet woods with 100 feet of lake front lawn, complete with a boathouse and private dock to fish from or lay on to suntan. It's a well cared for vintage cottage so there is no cable TV! The vintage perks include a shuffleboard court and equipment, a large private in ground firepit area with lots of seating next to the lake with charcoal grill. An additional gas grill and upper deck large enough for eating and relaxing on, and spectacular sunset views overlooking the Hamlin State Park sand dunes! All this plus a Porch style swing and gliders and many comfortable adirondak or lounge chairs to relax on outdoors. You can have your meals at the indoor dining table, outdoor upper deck area or on the picnic tables down by the firepit and lakefront lawn. You can dock your own boat or rent our little 5 person paddleboat to explore the North Bayou and fish off. Nearby pontoon boats are available for daily and weekly rentals too. $800.00 Weekly rates includes all this except linens for double beds and towels. Weekly Occupancy is Saturday 12:00 to Friday12:00. This is a no smoking cottage!
