Customer needed easier access to the fresh water filter that was located deep inside of a cabinet that was connected to their water pump. We decided to put it outside, under the trailer. Its definitely way easier to access now and you don't have to try and crawl into a tight cabinet. With basic tools the job took 5 minutes.

Customer came in today and said there camper is completely dirty after washing it last week. They said they never washed the roof (2023 unit).
The reason it is getting so dirty, so fast is all the dirt, mildew and clogged gutters on the roof, is running down the sidewalls every time it rains. Took about 1.5 hours to wash the roof.
I always use a small pressure washer with a floor washing attachment. Works really well and ive been doing it this way since 2008 and never had a problem

Notice of upcoming Jebavy Drive Bridge Repair Project & Detour Route

The Jebavy Drive Bridge will be closed to all traffic starting June 1, 2026. The detour route is Jagger Road to M-116 to Bryant Road.

The Bridge project is a preventative maintenance project that will repair minor problems at a lower cost to prevent future more costly repairs. The bridge rehabilitation project includes replacement of the expansion joint, beam repairs, guardrail repairs and epoxy overlay on the concrete that will extend the life of the bridge deck. The bridge project is scheduled to start June 1st with a detour on Jagger, M-116, to Bryant Road.
It is anticipated that the bridge will be closed to all traffic from June 1st to June 19th. It is anticipated to be open to traffic during the 28-day cure time from mid-June through the July 4th holiday weekend. The bridge project will be closed to all traffic again from July 8th for approximately 2 weeks.
The final completion date is August 1, 2026. The project will cost
approximately $350,000.

A customer came in with random leaking water lines. Some of the lines that were used, weren't even used with the correct fittings. Some of the Fittings on the correct pipe were leaking. We decided to change all of the pipe to the correct PEX and use metal fittings. We also relocated the water pump to an easier accessible location on the side of the cabinet. (It was originally buried behind all the pipes)

Awning motor replacement for a customer, that we were able to save them a ton of money over the local dealerships and had the replacement motor in 2 days.
