Good Afternoon,
Sorry to say mother nature is not working with Lake Shirley today!!! The movie company will not come due to the severe weather warnings for this evening. The good news is they have rescheduled the main event for Sunday, July 2nd!!! I hope you all can still come and enjoy this exciting, fun event!! "Martin, it's all psychological. You yell barracuda, everybody says, "Huh? What?" You yell shark, we've got a panic on our hands on the Fourth of July."

COULD THERE BE ANYTHING SCARIER???

The LSIC invites brave moviegoers to see “Jaws,” Steven Spielberg’s classic tale of summertime terror, on a GAINT outdoor screen.

The frights begin Friday, June 30th, at 8:45 pm on the Third Lake!

Come experience Lake Shirley’s first annual Summer Movie Night! All are invited to come by boat for a family-friendly outdoor screening of “Jaws” on Friday, June 30th, on the Third Lake (special thanks to the Pirro family). The movie starts at dusk. Pack your boat with your favorite movie treats. This fun community event is a terrific opportunity to kick off your 4th of July weekend, say “hi” to your neighbors, and enjoy a classic blockbuster.

Movie Night on the Lake is sponsored by the LSIC. For this first-time event, we would simply like to break even. Donations per boat will be accepted the night of the event and are greatly appreciated.
