The Shenandoah Memorial Day Festival returns, with events on Friday, May 22nd and the parade and main celebration on Saturday, May 23rd. From the parade to community gatherings, it’s a weekend of honoring and remembering those who gave their lives in service.

America is turning 250 this year, and Page Valley is celebrating this weekend!

Start with a visit to the VA250 - American Revolution 250 Commission Mobile Museum Experience. This is a hands-on, interactive “museum on wheels” stopping at Luray Caverns from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday, May 22nd, and Saturday, May 23rd.

Admission is FREE.

Then the festivities will continue at Luray Caverns’ Shenandoah Valley Museum, Friday through Sunday, with 18th-century living history demonstrations, crafts, Revolutionary War soldiers, music and period dancing.

Admission is included with each ticket to Luray Caverns.
