Plot twist: the “eyesore” became the amenity.

This property recently went live, and we're excited to show off one of our favorite transformations yet.

What started as an unfinished foundation could have easily been ignored, hidden, or treated like a problem.

Instead, it became the opportunity.

With the right vision and the right team, that underused space was turned into an incredible outdoor hangout area, complete with room to relax, gather, soak, watch a movie, sit by the fire, and actually experience the property.
