Tucked away in the France Pavilion is the cutest little makeup boutique where you can create a lipstick that feels extra special. 💋💕 You can choose a gorgeous case, have it monogrammed, and even personalize it with your name!
On my last trip, I decided to treat myself, and honestly… it was the perfect little bit of Disney luxury. ✨🥰 Every time I use it, it reminds me of strolling through the charming streets of France in EPCOT.
Is it a little bougie? Absolutely. 😌💄
Do I regret it? Not one bit. ❤️✨

☀️👟 “Disney Rash” is a real thing — and while it looks scary, it’s usually harmless! 🏰❤️

After long days walking in the parks, especially in the Florida heat ☀️🌴, some people develop a red rash on their lower legs and ankles. This is often called “Disney Rash” (exercise-induced vasculitis).

✨ What causes it?
➡️ Heat and humidity
➡️ Walking MANY miles in the parks 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️
➡️ Blood vessels reacting to prolonged activity
➡️ Standing for long periods

🩺 Symptoms can include:
🔴 Red or purple rash on lower legs
🔥 Itching or burning
🦵 Swelling or tenderness

💡 How to help prevent it:
✅ Stay hydrated 💧
✅ Wear comfortable socks & shoes 👟
✅ Take breaks in the AC ❄️
✅ Elevate your legs when resting
✅ Compression socks can help
✅ Cool showers or cold compresses

❤️ The good news? It usually goes away on its own within a few days.

🏥 And don’t forget — EVERY Disney park has a First Aid Station staffed with nurses who can help if you’re uncomfortable or concerned. They are AMAZING and there to help guests stay safe and comfortable during their vacation. 🩹✨

Disney tip: Don’t try to “power through” exhaustion. Resting a little can make the whole trip more magical! 🏰💫

Can you actually relax at Disney? 🏰✨
Absolutely YES… but it may look different than you think. 💙

Disney doesn’t have to be rope drop to fireworks every single day. Sometimes the best Disney days are:
☀️ Sleeping in
☕ Drinking coffee on the balcony
🏊 Relaxing by the pool
🍹 Enjoying a resort day
🚤 Taking a boat ride
🎆 Watching fireworks without rushing ride to ride
🍽️ Enjoying a long dinner with family
💤 Going back for an afternoon nap

One of my favorite things about Disney is that it can be whatever YOU need it to be. Adventure, excitement, family time… or complete relaxation. ✨

You don’t have to do EVERYTHING to have a magical trip. Sometimes slowing down is where the real magic happens. 💫

✈️ The great airplane debate… when you’re stuck in the middle seat, who gets the armrests?! 🤔💺

Window seat gets the wall to lean on.
Aisle seat gets extra leg stretch and easy bathroom access.
So can we all agree the middle seat deserves BOTH armrests? 😂👏

It’s basically the unwritten rule of air travel!
Let’s show a little kindness at 30,000 feet and share the space — because nobody wants turbulence AND an armrest battle. 😅✈️

A vacation to The Walt Disney Company is filled with rides, fireworks, characters, and memories… but the real magic comes from the Cast Members. 💙✨

The people greeting you at the resort after a long travel day, the Cast Member helping your child meet their favorite character, the person sweeping the streets in the Florida heat, the bus driver getting everyone safely back to their hotel after fireworks — they all work incredibly hard to make vacations magical for families every single day.

A smile, a kind word, patience, and simple gratitude can mean more than you know. Many Cast Members spend hours on their feet, working through heat, rain, crowds, and long days, all while continuing to create joy for others.

As you plan your next trip to Walt Disney World Resort or anywhere Disney magic is made, remember that kindness is part of the magic too. 💫

Thank you to all the Cast Members who make memories happen every day — the magic would not exist without you. 🏰💕

🇺🇸✨ Just got to experience the Passholder Preview of Soarin’ Over America at EPCOT and WOW 🤩✈️🌎
From breathtaking coastlines 🌊 to iconic cities 🏙️ and stunning national parks 🏔️, this version made me fall in love with America all over again ❤️🤍💙 The sights, the music, the smells… Disney magic at its best ✨🎶🍊

Definitely one of my favorite Soarin’ experiences yet! If you get the chance to ride it, don’t miss it 🙌🎢
