Year long fun at the James Riviera House!!
We have been adamant in the process of improving each and every one of your stays in its cleanliness, location, and available activities.
Of course the house, hot tub and riverfront are as great as ever but we have new amenities to the property to tell you about. ✨

We added lots of new board games, bumper pool and electronic darts in addition to our pool table. Books and Dish movie channels for the days you want to stay inside. But on the riverfront, we have built a new floating dock and a large in-ground fire-pit🔥, added a second fire-pit, picnic tables🧺, volleyball court🏐, soccer goals⚽️, corn hole, driving tees and putting green⛳️, as well as a riverside meditation area🧘♀️ and swing. For our younger guests we’re in the process of building a large play set with swing, slide, fort and more.

Additionally we provide on-site rentals of kayaks🛶, wake boards, a fishing boat, a shooting range, targets and archery equipment🎯.
