Finally wrapped up this design project 🤍

We staged this home back in November and the buyers loved our staging and asked for help decorating their new home! So of course we said YES!

I am so used to decorating Airbnbs and working on a tight budget and timeline that this project was so fun! But also, totally out of my comfort zone! Thankful to work with amazing clients that let me barge into their house constantly while they lived there and pace around the house trying to make a plan for each room 🤣

On to the next one!!! 😉

✨ Happy New Year ✨

We spent some time in our favorite city right before the holidays. Being back in NY is always so inspiring. It’s a different type of energy that I can’t even describe. We visited one of our favorite spots, The Beekman (pics 4&5), which was a huge inspiration for us when designing our brand for Hallin & Co. I swear if we ever have a showroom, you better believe I will have a rug covered counter somewhere 😆

2024 was good to us but we are so excited for what’s in store for Hallin & Co. in 2025. We already have some exciting projects on the books that I can’t wait to share!

This home we staged just a couple of weeks ago recently went under contract! The buyers enjoyed our staging and asked us for help decorating their new home. We are so excited to work with them AND thrilled for the chance to redecorate this beautiful home again. Stay tuned for the end results!
