Acropolis...this was a challenge on a 95* day, but worth every step up! We rested for a bit afterwards, and then headed out to enjoy dinner with the locals in Athens where we were entertained by musicians (one played a Bouzouki) and dancing!

Corinth: we visited the canal which spans about 4 miles between the Gulf of Corinth and the Saronic Gulf. As you can see it's quote narrow and sets about 200 feet below the bridge we are standing on. We also visited the Ancient city of Corinth where we wandered around the ruins, were taught about life in Corinth at the time Paul lived there and were reminded of his messages about Jesus to the Corinthians.

Tulip Tours arrived in Athens today after really looonng flights, but thankfully all went well! Tomorrow we begin our tour that will follow the footsteps of Paul on some of his missionary journeys. Today we settled into our hotel, gathered as a group and ventured out for a little bit of adventure! Some were able to watch the changing of the guards at the Parliament building. The restaurant at our hotel has quite the view of the Acropolis which several of our group enjoyed before putting their weary bodies into bed. We're excited to announce that our 2027 tours are ready to share! While you'll find complete itineraries and details for each adventure on our website (gotuliptours.com), we wanted to give you a sneak peek at one of the exciting journeys we're offering.

A request we hear often is for a tour that families and youth can enjoy together. So we've created an unforgettable adventure to Washington, D.C. and beyond. A week filled with American history, iconic landmarks, hands-on experiences, and plenty of fun along the way. This tour is designed to inspire travelers aged 9 and older.

Some of the group enjoyed a magical evening filled with medieval music, storytelling, and a delicious banquet, all set in the heart of the historic and majestic 15th century Bunratty Castle. There was a lot of "craic" going on during our time there! Craic (pronounced like crack) is an Irish term for fun, conversation, and entertainment.

We were gifted a warm sunny day for our visit to the Cliffs of Moher, which you can see offered spectacular views!
