Good afternoon, with the excessive amount of snow our area and up north are getting we would like to remind our customers that roofs need to get shoveled off asap. Especially since there's another storm hitting again. This is not a normal winter and the amount of weight that snow can be it can cause roofs to collapse and unfortunately the warranty will not cover "acts of nature". While our sheds/ buildings are built to meet specific structural standards its important to remove excessive snow build up to prevent over loading of the roof. So to protect your buildings please remove the snow asap! We value all of customers and want to give you a warning of what could happen.

It may be winter but we are still selling sheds and the factory is still building custom orders. Delivery is possible with these cold temperatures and frozen grounds. Lyons and Fulton have 50+ buildings on each lot. Everything is open for viewing and appointments are needed in the winter months.

With summer in the air we are going to wave the security deposit on rent to owns for the month of june. This offer excludes 14ft and double wides. So all that's needed is first months+ tax.

We are still running our current sale of 5% off 12' and 14' wides and if you pay in full with cash or check we can take an additional 5% off before tax.

We are now offering log cabins with knotty pine wall on the inside, there is NO electric ran in these.

2 styles, the timber trail series that comes in 4 sizes, 10x20, 12x30, 12x36 and 14x42. They have 4 ft wide porches, double pane windows.
The pikes peak series which is the A frame style cabin. 3 available sizes, 14x20, 14x30 and 14x40. Also knotty pine on the inside and NO electric.

4 stain colors to choose from, the window placement only comes 1 way, no custom placement. The floors can be spray foamed.

Buy out right or rent to own option ( 40% required down on rent to owns). No credit check and free delivery and leveling. Stone pads are required to have these placed on.
