Save the date and join your fellow Summiteers at Summit on Saturday, June 28th to celebrate our 55th year as a co-op!

Our plans to reunite and celebrate Summit's 50th anniversary in 2020 were waylaid, but now it's 2025 and we have another fun number to celebrate! If you didn't receive an email, please message us on Facebook or email [email protected] so we can add your email to future messages.

The current plans are:
- Party to start at 1pm and go into the night
- Food will be available to grill throughout the day; additional food will also be available
- Family friendly
- More details to follow!

Greetings friends! Summit would like to invite all current resident members and stock fee holder members to our 2023 annual shareholders meeting, aka General Membership Meeting, on Sunday, April 30th, from 7-8:30pm Central Time via Zoom. If you do not receive an email, but believe you are a stock fee holder, please direct message us with your email, and we will forward the Zoom info and meeting agenda.

As part of this meeting we will be electing two members to Summit's Board of Directors. If you are interested in joining the Board or nominating someone who you think would serve well in the position, please let me know their name and why you are nominating them.

Room Renovations | Before & After

We were able to paint rooms 13 and 14 (the walk-through / tree house rooms on floor 2) and get the hardwood floors refinished in there and room 10 (not pictured)!

It's been along time, but Summit has a cat again! Meet Summit's furriest four legged member! Nora graced us with her presence on August 1st, meowing non-stop . She found the biggest house of suckers in town and now she's ours

This year many of us are choosing not to go home for the Holiday's due to this years circumstances. So instead, here at Summit, we have been creating our own holiday cheer by baking some delicious treats! The last two weekends we did Swedish Santa Lucia bun making and Christmas cookie baking nights. We hope you're all having a safe and warm holiday season ❄️ 🌟 🔔
