Today marks the 76th anniversary of the "Miracle of the Sun" phenomena that took place in Necedah, WI on October 7, 1950. This shrine depicts Mary Ann Van Hoof receiving messages from the Blessed Mother (and numerous other saints) at the Sacred Spot on the Van Hoof farm. Today, followers of Van Hoof's messages will lead a procession around the shrine commemorating the Miracle of the Sun, followed by a vigil.
