draped cypress trees line the banks of the river and bayous. There are all sorts of birds, reptiles, insects and mammals on the river and in the cypress swamps. They all can be more active at different hours depending on the conditions, river traffic, weather and season. We do not guarantee animal sightings, but the chances are better at night because of less river traffic. We are a bring your own beverage and food party cruise. Catering options are available upon request. We allow beer, wine, liquor, champagne, and food of your choice. Please, no wine glasses or stem glasses. We would also recommend you bring mixers, sunscreen, water, and a great attitude! Please bring your ID for all public cruises as you must be 21 to consume alcohol and get into some bars along the river. DO YOU ALLOW ALCOHOL ON THE BOAT? We do allow you to bring and consume alcohol on the boat if you are over 21. We do ask that you consume in moderation and in a safe manner. If for some reason that you or your guest become overserved, the cruise will be cut short and will return to the dock. SHOULD I BOOK IN ADVANCE? Yes, we highly recommend booking in advance regardless of group size. We do take same day bookings if there is availability. We require a $50.00 deposit to save a date. If weather is inclement and the charter needs to be canceled, you will be allowed to reschedule on the next available date or receive a refund. WHAT NOT TO BRING…
We do not allow mean people, bring a fun attitude and where your happy face!!! The boat is equipped with plenty of safety equipment and life vest. No need to bring your own, but you are welcome to if you have a favorite one. IS THERE SEATING ON BOARD? There are plenty of seats available. There are six bar stools at the bar under the canopy and six chairs on the front covered deck. There is plenty of room to relax and still move about the boat. WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY. Our cruises operate rain or shine since 1/2 of the boat is covered and the front half has a sunshade. If weather is severe and the cruise must cancel you will be given the opportunity to rebook or a refund. Do not assume your cruise is cancelled unless you receive a notification email / phone call from us. If we need to cancel before a cruise starts due to upcoming inclement weather, we will either refund your deposit or reschedule on the next available date of your choosing. WHERE IS YOU DOCK? We run the charter out of Madisonville, LA. We meet at several locations depending on the type of charter you choose. Verify your confirmation text or call for Dock location and address.
