While being in the restaurant industry since she was a young tyke, she has gained hands on experience through the years. Not to mention getting some of her creative processes through managing multiple Starbucks locations in Texas, and is now a Starbuck

I didn’t actually plan to make bday cakes when I opened back up. I used to do specialty cakes when I was selling 10 years ago but decided this time to step away from that due to the stress it puts on me to make things perfect. I’ve received a few requests to do cakes lately and I find that I am enjoying myself much more by letting my customers know that I’m no professional cake decorator and that my specialty lies in cheesecake or gourmet type cupcakes. I’ve started back with just very basic cupcake flavors to get my name back out there. Once I start gaining a little more business I plan to step back into more gourmet style cupcakes and focusing on making the fanciest cheesecakes around. A few pictures of the cakes I’ve done the past few weeks. Thank you all for supporting me and my dream.
