Vacation Rental Co-Hosting Services Over the years, our families have become very close. Anca & Mike

This was certainly the case for Anca and Mike, who first crossed paths in early 2017 when Mike was searching for an investment property on the stunning coast of Southern Maine. Anca was working for a vacation rental agency managing units in that same area. What started as a simple inquiry about rental potential for a condo turned into an incredible friendship. Our daughters, who met when they were 4 and 6 years old respectively, are now 12 and 14 and the best of friends. We now jointly own four vacation rentals across the Northeast United States, including the townhome in the Poconos PA, an ocean view condo in Wildwood Crest NJ, a seaside condo in Wells ME, and the ski condo in the North Conway NH area. As passionate owners in the vacation rental industry, we're grateful for the opportunity to share our properties with others and especially to help others realize their dream of owning a vacation home! We believe that life is all about making memories with loved ones, and we hope you'll have a wonderful experience working with us!

We just spent the last 3 days of our AZ vacay in Sedona as vacation rental guests, and it was a plot twist. 🌵

We hiked the Grand Canyon (unplanned, but our trail running shoes held strong). We took a Hummer off-roading and screamed like toddlers on a roller coaster. We ate at some seriously great restaurants. And we had one very memorable girls trip.

Flipping the script and being the guest taught us a few things:

✔️ We noticed every little detail that makes a stay feel easy.
✔️ We now have even more ideas to make our guests’ stays better.
✔️ We confirmed that a lot of what we already do for our own guests is right.

Turns out the best research for hosting is being the one who checks in. 😉

End of season is my favorite time of year. Yes, really. 🍸

Tonight Maggie and I sat down at The Tiki Bar at The Front Porch Piano Bar & Restaurant in Ogunquit with Shawn and Jimmy, two of our amazing homeowners. We talked about how the season went, what we can improve, and how to make the experience even better across the whole KMA family. Honestly, it's the best kind of business meeting: appetizers, martinis, and zero PowerPoint slides.

Shawn and Jimmy bought their property with me back in 2020. Through a couple of different transitions, we're still working together, and I couldn't be more thankful for this relationship. Their home is now in the top 10% on Airbnb, and we've kept communication strong the entire way.
