The Southern Illinois area also provides countless areas for hiking including the River to River and Cedar Lake Trail System that are within walking distance from the cabins. The Shawnee Forest area also has many other activities to enjoy like horseback riding, rock climbing, zip lining, bicycling, boating, swimming, antiquing, art galleries, a pottery trail, scenic views and much more.
