The Sacred Garden Retreat offers two Charming Vacation Rentals on a beautiful property on the island of Maui, Hawaii in "upcountry" Makawao. The Log House is a five bedroom, 3 bath, genuine log house and the "Gingerbread House" is a 1930's studio cottage that we have renovated. Jimi Hendrix stayed here when he was on Maui filming "Rainbow Bridge." The adjacent property is home of The Sacred Garden, a nursery and peaceful sanctuary with two walking labyrinths, meditation gardens, picnic areas, and fun things to see. We also run "Heart Path Journeys—Sacred Maui Retreats" offering retreat sessions—Personal and Spiritual Growth, Relationships, Massage, Yoga, Wellness—both personalized, private retreats and group retreats. Owners: Eve Hogan is an author, speaker and labyrinth facilitator, Steve Hogan owns Makena Coast Dive Charters, is a Boat Captain, Dive Instructor and underwater cinematographer. Both are hardworking and nature loving....Bodhi, the 180 pound St. Bernard/Rotweiller is the garden mascot and sure to greet you when you arrive.
