😭💔 Virgin Voyages has announced the outright cancellation of all sailings in Australia later in 2024 and early 2025 due to the fall out of the Red Sea issues. Due to heightened tensions in the region, the Resilient Lady had to reroute its sailing through the Suez Canal for the 27 March half-world voyage to return to Europe.

New sailings from San Juan start on 6 December 2024. The new itineraries are expected to be announced on Thursday (29 February).

Today I board the Resilient Lady for what might be the last time for a while. It's a big shame for the 24/25 Aussie season, and especially Melbourne, where Resilient Lady was to be home-ported again. I know many of you will be just as disappointed as I am.

I'm sure Virgin will be back in Australia in seasons to come! 🙏

I'm so excited to share with you 6 of the Best resorts in Roatan, Honduras! I went to all of them this week! Your clients will love these! All are beachfront. Approx 20-30 mins from the airport.

West Bay Area (great beaches + gorgeous properties)

West End area (great nightlife + restaurants + shops + bars all walking distance)

Important note: Roatan is very safe & has its own airport. The mainland of Honduras (aka San Pedro Sula & Tegucigalpa, the capital) is 75 miles away and is very dangerous. Spirit Airlines flies into those. Stay away from there! Educate your clients on island safety & that Roatan is the area to go to!
