Virginia Scuba

Virginia Scuba It is your life, LIVE IT! We are here to guide you through adventures you have always dreamed about. We fill air, Nitrox, Trimix, and even 100 % O2.

Virginia Scuba is the premier dive shop to learn to dive in Manassas. We have the instructor staff to teach diving from basic Open Water all the way to Trimix technical diving. We also offer SSI's Dive Professional Courses, including Extended Range Professional Courses. Whether you want to be a Divemaster or Trimix Instructor, we have the staff to accommodate your needs. We have a selection of div

e gear for all types of diving from manufacturers like Halcyon, Oceanic, Mares, Hollis, and many, many more. Come by the shop and see what we have; and, if you don't see it, we will do whatever we can to get it for you in a timely manner. We can blend any mix you need, for any dive you want to do. We also feel we are the top gear service facility in the area. Our regulator technicians are certified to work on almost all manufacturer's regulators. Whether there is a problem or just your routine annual service, we have the expertise to get you and your gear back in the water. And let's face it, diving and travel go hand in hand. While we frequently dive our local dive sites, nothing beats a nice exotic trip to the reefs, wrecks, beaches and tiki bars of the world. Virginia Scuba provides trips catered to all levels of diving. We do dive trips for everyone and we even run trips just for your interests. We have technical dive trips, guys only, girls only, and all tastes in between. If you don't see it already to go, tell us and we'll do everything to make it happen. So, please, stop by, take a course, get some gear, go on a trip, or just say "hi", we are here to serve you. Thank you for your continued support of Virginia Scuba.

Today was another great day at Turneffe Atoll. We had eagle rays, tuna, jacks, sharks, shrimp and finished dive one with a squadron of squid! Fun times diving while others relaxed back at the resort by the pool For the evening, we scattered about for dinner, so everyone got a little different taste of San Pedro. So far, so good here at Ramon's Village.

It was pretty sporty out on the sea this morning, so we decided to try a rum tasting (at 10am). From there, we strolled through San Pedro, hit the hammocks and pool (with a couple of drinks). And we finished the day with a couple of drinks and dinner on the beach. Not too bad for a day of not diving. Tomorrow we head back to Turneffe Atoll for more diving!!

Photo dump from our first two days at beautiful Ramon's Village in Belize. We arrived Saturday and just rested after a long day of travel. Sunday we hit the water to begin celebrating Monica's 50th birthday!! Although getting back in the boat was a bit sporty, the diving was good and we saw some great underwater critters. We finished the night with a wonderful dinner at Pineapple's and had some birthday cake to end the day festivities. Happy birthday, Monica!

We know it is only 2026, but who wants to explore the crystal clear waters of Palau in 2029? The boat pictured will hold 16 of us for 10 days! We should see spawning, lots of different sharks, tons of macro stuff and we can even go ashore and tour some World War II sites while we're there. Let us know if you are interested so we know whether or not to proceed with reserving the boat.

Busy weekend at the lake and the shop! Please welcome Animka as out newest Open Water diver. There were also a few dive club members just enjoying a relaxing time underwater. At the shop, John and Babs had two very busy days working toward their Assistant Instructor Trainer rating. More to come on that next weekend.
