As I stand on the edge of the majestic Niagara Falls, a chill sweeps over me, a spray of icy cold water moistens my skin, the roaring thunder of the water cascading over the edge envelops my ears, and a powerful, nearly supernatural energy washes over me.
This place is not just undeniable beauty but it holds a deeply spiritual significance.

The Indigenous peoples believe the rushing waters of Niagara Falls possess powerful healing properties, capable of purifying the soul and providing spiritual enlightenment.

Never like this time, I needed a place to heal and I think it gave me a big push. My chest feels less heavy and I am ready to embark on the new year, 2025.
