I have been a bit behind in getting this posted this year: We are finally opening our rental cottage for 2026 season bookings!

We rent by the full week only from May - August.
Our weeks start on Monday at 10:00 am and end at 6pm on Sunday.
We have 3 bedrooms with a king, a queen, and a bunk room with full on bottom and twin on top and one toddler bed.
Two full baths.
Washer and dryer and fully appointed kitchen.
Large deck with propane grill.
Dock on water and beach area with sandy bottom lake access, unusual to our end of lake.
We are located on the quieter north end of Devil’s Lake in Manitou Beach, MI.

Our 2026 rental rate is $2,000 per week which includes a $250 non-refundable deposit.

We are always pre-booked with family for the week that includes July 4th, so no need to inquire about that week ever.

We are thrilled to showcase updated photographs of our Devil’s Lake rental property, highlighting the renovations undertaken over the past year. These renovations include the modernization of both bathrooms with premium whirlpool bath tub and shower systems, the replacement of the furnace, air conditioner, and water heater, and the introduction of a toddler bed in the bunk room to welcome our youngest guests. Moreover, we have enlarged our dock and replenished the beach sand, a beloved feature among our toddler guests. Why not plan your stay with us in 2026?

I must admit that I have been very lazy about getting our rental filled up this summer and we have just had some cancellations, so we have several weeks open in May, June and August, and the last week of July is still available as well. We only rent by the whole week (Monday - Sunday) and our 2023 rate is still $1,800.00 a week with a non-refundable $250 deposit.

Let me know if you are interested in spending a week (or two) on Devil's Lake with your own dock, sandy beach and the coolest neighbors around!!

New expanded beach and new fire pit at our rental. We test drove with family and everyone is loving it! We still have the week of August 23-29th open and most weekends in September available. Still so beautiful up at the lake until October really.

It’s really still beautiful for a lake week all of September and it is so much quieter and peaceful once the kiddies are back in school.
