This view only exists if you're willing to climb. The walk up to Fortica above Hvar town is short but steep, and this is the payoff: the harbor, the Pakleni Islands, and the Adriatic stretching out past both. It's one of the best sunset spots in Croatia and most day trippers never make it up here. Send me a message and I'll tell you the best time of day to make the climb.

The Dubrovnik you see on screen is real. The city behind it is even better. Local artists sell watercolors of the old town right along the same stone walls that show up in film and TV, an easy way to bring home something that actually captures the place instead of a generic souvenir.
