We would like to share an important update regarding Hyatt Inclusive Collection resorts in Jamaica.

Hard work remains underway on renovation and enhancement works across HIC Jamaican properties, and the hotels have made significant progress, including two Bahia Principe resorts on the island already welcoming guests: Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica and Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay.

Based on the latest estimates, the following resorts are now expected to resume operations throughout the first half of 2027, with more specific dates to be shared as soon as possible:

Dreams Rose Hall Resort & Spa
Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall
Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall
Secrets Wild Orchid Montego Bay
Secrets St. James Montego Bay
We are also pleased to share that, upon resuming operations, Secrets Wild Orchid and Secrets St. James will begin an exciting new chapter as a single, enhanced resort under the unified name Secrets Montego Bay Resort & Spa. Bringing both properties together as one resort, with enhanced common areas, upgraded rooms and new dining venues, will deliver not only an expanded guest experience but also a richer all-inclusive offering.

As previously communicated, the ongoing work reflects thoughtful efforts to elevate the guest experience.

We will continue to provide relevant updates on expected timing for individual hotels as the work progresses.

We sincerely appreciate your patience, collaboration and continued support, and we look forward to welcoming your clients back to an enhanced experience across these properties in Jamaica in 2027.
