We’re excited to welcome cyclists participating in the Mountains to Coast Ride to Manteo! Riders will make their stop in town and camp overnight at College of The Albemarle - Dare. Keep an eye out for cyclists around town and help us give them a warm Manteo welcome!

Manteo is kicking off the new month with a weekend full of fall fun, football, downtown happenings, and plenty of Halloween spirit!

👻 Halloween Island kicks off this weekend! Grab your friends and get ready for a month-long charity bar crawl featuring Halloween-themed bars, music, drinks, and fun throughout Manteo.

🏈 Manteo High School Homecoming – Cheer on the Redskins at the Homecoming Parade through downtown on Friday afternoon, then head to the game Friday night! (Please note: Road closures will be in effect for the parade from 3:30–5:00 PM.)

🎶 First Friday – Spend Friday evening downtown enjoying local shops, art, food, drinks, music, and all the energy of Manteo.

🎃 Island Farm Pumpkin Patch returns this weekend! Pick your pumpkin, enjoy the farm, and make some fall memories.
