🚜 BIG NEWS FOR ARAPEEN TRAIL RIDERS!

Sanpete County just added a brand-new John Deere dozer to the team, and it’s going to make a big difference for the future of the Arapeen Trail System!

Our goal is to groom approximately 75 miles of trails annually, starting in summer 2027, helping keep the trails in better shape for the riders who come to explore the National Forest of Sanpete County.

With more than 600 miles of high-mountain trails to discover, the Arapeen is all about great rides, incredible scenery, and making memories along the way. This new equipment is another investment in keeping the adventure going for years to come.

More miles of maintained trails. More mountain adventures. More reasons to ride the Arapeen!

Christmas tree permits are NOW ON SALE for just $10 through Recreation.gov.

Make a day of it—or turn it into an overnight adventure. Spend the day in the mountains finding the perfect tree, then head back to Ephraim or Manti for dinner and a comfortable stay at a local vacation rental. The next morning, take your time exploring more of the Sanpete Valley before heading home with your Christmas tree and memories to last for years.

🍂 The fall colors are here on the Arapeen!

The mountains are turning golden, the air is crisp, and the scenery is hard to beat. Now through about October 5 is one of the best times of year to ride.

Come enjoy the beautiful fall scenery, take in the mountain views, and make a day of exploring the high country.
