If you're looking for rental with lots of room for a large group or a few people, this is your place. It has plenty of room to do whatever you want outside, and if the weather is bad, you have plenty of room to move into the shop area, or inside the main lodge. Our place has 5 bedrooms and 4-1/2 bathrooms.
We have an ice machine that makes 1200 pounds of ice every 24 hours. There are plenty of activities to keep everyone occupied. We have a Pool table, Ping Pong table, Washer board, Corn hole, and a dart board.
I have attached pictures of the calendars, and any dates that are highlighted in grey are blue the lodge is not available.
You can book it straight through us which keeps you from paying all the extra fees, are you can book through VRBO. Contact me directly and I can block the dates for you if you're interested. We look forward to hearing from you.

The BooneDocks Lodge in Toledo Bend has had some opening come up. Most of May and all of June is now available. Our long-term renter will not be renting this year. If anyone is interested in any dates, please let us know!

Great property. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Easy check in/check out. Lots of parking space. Went with a big group and everyone was comfortable. Very clean, perfect location. Neighbors were very nice. Gas station directly across the street was super convenient. Highly recommend this property. Would book again.

Extremely nice place to stay! 5 minutes from Toledo Town, and in a great location. Boat launch was 3 minutes down the road, and we were able to bring our boats to the camp via the canal on the property. Very good fishing in close by places, but our children loved perch fishing on the bank behind the camp. The place has a big yard where we easily parked 6 boats and still could let the kids run around and play. Could’ve fit 20 more vehicles without a problem. The camp itself was extremely spacious with many amenities. The shop was big enough to have a pickle ball game along with a crowd to watch. The rooms were well laid out, with plenty of sleeping space. It slept 22 of us without ever blowing up the first air mattress. The size of the common area easily hosted our family and gave everyone entertainment. Ping pong and pool tournaments were the talk of the night. To top it off the place was extremely clean and well taken care of. The owner was very responsive, detailed, and helpful throughout the whole stay. Checking in to make sure the trip was going okay and that there were no problems. I would recommend this place to any family or friend as this is a place that left us saying we would make it an annual trip to come to.
