Rates:
Regular Season: September 16 - June 14, $750 per night, minimum stay of two nights.
High Season: June 15 - Sept. 15, $850 per night, minimum stay of 3 nights.
There is a $15/per person/per night charge for up to 2 additional guests
Cleaning Fee ($200), refundable security deposit ($300) and 10% county tax also applies
