Quiet, serene, relaxed…….it exudes old world charm yet plenty of activities if you want them (boating, tennis, beach, golf, fishing, etc). When you have known your clients for over 25 yrs, they basically become your “friends!”Whether it’s Christmas Markets in Europe, Trans-Atlantic Crossings or hiking the National Parks, these two always report back about their wonderful adventures with such enthusiasm! What a fabulous trip to France! 🇫🇷 Paris is always a good idea…….but so is any other summer destination of your choice! Just a few recommendations that I found particularly helpful during this busy travel season (or anytime).

1. Always have a driver waiting for you at your destination! Airports are crazy busy when you arrive, plus jet lag! Who knows if you can even get a taxi or maneuver public transportation? It is not overly expensive, and worth every cent in my estimation! Plus your driver will meet/greet with your name on a sign, give you a cold water, and lots of helpful and interesting info on the way to your hotel. So worth it, people……..and I can arrange it for you! 🚖

2. Location, location, location. Sure, you might be able to save a bit with a hotel on the outskirts, with less amenities, etc. However, how nice to be able to walk outside and have lots of shops, restaurants, and sites easily at your fingertips. Also a restaurant and/or roof/top bar is a pretty fun way to relax at the end of the day. I can give you many nice choices and prices that are going to be a great location for your destination! 🏨

3. Get your tickets ahead of time for popular museums, landmarks and tours! The line for such entries as The Louvre, Versailles, Eiffel Tower etc. were 3-5 hours minimum. Sometimes the tickets are limited and people are disappointed with no entry at all! We did all our tickets ahead on-line and walked right into every landmark with no wait or hassle. I can book these tickets for you to save both time and frustration, believe me! Also, I have so many wonderful restaurant suggestions which I can also arrange for you. 🗼🍷🍧

4. As always, please be aware of pick-pockets and scammers! This can happen anywhere, but of course are prevelent in major cities and crowded tourist attractions. Don’t let your guard down, and leave your valuables in the hotel safe. Just carry what you need for the day. We saw them everywhere in Paris (especially at Eiffel Tower, Sacre Coeur, Louvre etc). ☹️

5. Carry your patience with you! With careful planning and consideration of where you stay and what you do, you can have a wonderful travel experience! This is where I can be of valuable assistance. I have been to many destinations numerous times and would be happy to answer any of your travel questions.
